You must be an authorized representative of a participating organization to access and use the Services. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful, organizational, and mission-aligned purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the Services for surveillance, profiling, or any non-approved activity
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All data handled within SafeScope is subject to:

• GRID Network Certification requirements
• Strict privacy-first governance
• Pseudonymization and controlled-disclosure frameworks

You agree to handle all accessed information in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.

All materials, technology, and content within the Services— including SafeScope’s design, workflows, software, text, and graphics—are owned by BlueWave Technology or licensed to Hotelligence.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
• Use the platform except as authorized

You may access sensitive information, including operational intelligence, case data, and anonymized contributions.

You agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Not disclose platform information outside approved channels
• Follow your organization’s internal rules regarding sensitive data

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Any misuse of data that could endanger individuals or compromise investigations
• Sharing or exporting data for unauthorized purposes
• Unauthorized integration or automated scraping of platform content

Violations may result in account suspension, organizational reporting, or legal action.

Hotelligence aims to maintain uninterrupted access but does not guarantee platform uptime.

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance without notice
• Restrict access to certain functionality for security reasons

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Hotelligence nor BlueWave Technology shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hotelligence, BlueWave Technology, and their partners from claims arising out of:

• Misuse of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or organizational request.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and destroy any non-authorized retained materials.

Hotelligence may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
